HEALING HARBOR: Soulful Sound Bath
Hush Harbors were places our ancestors gathered and rejoiced, despite the unimaginable circumstances. In times of intense stress, they continued spiritual connections to the Continent and to each other. Inspired by this extraordinary tradition and also by Tricia Hersey, the "Nap Bishop", this Healing Harbor employs Soul, Neo-Soul and R&B vibes for a unique and restorative experience.

This affinity space workshop will include music, movement, community-building and mostly, rest. Come and take a much deserved break from current events.
